Hello - I have just upgraded my standard to Pro - but also inadvertently purchased 6 months subscription to standard - can the standard support be refunded?

Also my supported domain is incorrect can I change it now? It needs to be paranormalteam.uk. I am trying to use the upgrade tool and it throws an error - stating that I have no valid licence and domain invalid ... Could you change the support domain and point me in the direction on the licence

Since you upgraded to PRO you will get support for that version.

I updated the domain name supported by the license. Please check.
