I just had my old account reactivated (thanks !) and want to upgrade my Pro to supercharged but can only see normaly prices, is there a option to upgrade to a new level as the renew only shows pro?

Hi Richard,

I'm sorry but is not possible to upgrade from standard or pro to SuperCharged. That package is for new purchases only and it doesn't include renewals.

Something you can do is to purchase that package instead of renew your current license. Or I can give you a 20% OFF if you purchase iSEO and Socialize as a bundle. In that case you will have to renew your current JS PRO license.

ok, that's a huge shame am trying to weigh up between jomsocial and other offerings and it seems its failing a little for me :(

Support takes a good few days which can be critical on a working site so I have to bear that in mind.

Lets try one last attempt. I looked on the store link and could not find the isocial andiseo bundle so cant get a price for it, can you supply this. Shame will loose the ebooks etc, but lets at least get a price so I can move this on a bit further :)

Or of course a nice discount on supercharger and I start again would be super ;) *pushes luck*

The discount I'm offering is very good. Take a look at this:

First Option: Socialize & iSEO + Renew JS PRO

Socialize $99 -> $79.20
iSEO $147 -> $117.60
eBook $9.9 -> $7.92
Total = $204.72

Then you can renew your current JS PRO license:
JomSocial PRO $179 (12 months) or $99 (6 months)

Second Option: Buy Supercharged
Since it's a package we can't give more discount.

Supercharged $299 includes JS PRO for 6 months. So, my suggestion is to consider the first option.
