I have been trying since 29th January to renew my old account and therefore purchase jomsocial again after a gap.
The trouble is of course my old email doesn't work but I hope I have given enough information to transfer it to my new account. It seems my first ticket is lost as when I clicked onto the link it errors. I raised a second ticket but am awaiting further instructions.
Naturally you get a sense of how good a company is by how well their customer support works so I am hoping to get a response soon for my problem and look forward to working with jomsocial again after a gap :)

ps when you log into your account it would be mega useful to see what tickets you have, rather than having to go back to the email for the ticket, seems quite strange !
