Hi,

Could you give me more details about this?

What's the URL where you're trying to install the component?

Could you send us a snapshot?

I'm sorry but I don't understand your answer. Could you explain it?

I updated my first post with the image you requested. I also now added a screen shot of the issue on Ijoomer.

Hi Richard,

The problem is with akeeba backup. It includes a plugin that replace the standard Joomla! installer. Anyway even if upgrade button is in red you will be able to upgrade.

We can't offer support for this site since it's not listed as supported domain.

Best regards,

The supported domain was supposed to have been changed to as seen in the ticket below.
www.jomsocial.com/forum/billing-issues/23394-domain-change

Paul as you will see confirmed the change and so did I.

Hi Richard,

Domain name is ok now.

For testing purposes restore your J! core installation system. You can do it by uninstalling Akeeba Backup. After that try to install the extension and let me know if the problem persists.
