Our billing Department is not open until Monday, I have looked at your account and everything looks ok, can you please try again and if it doesn't work you can download the product using the download link in the my account section and install Jomsocial as a standard Joomla extension using the Joomla extension manager. This will be a solution until the billing department gets back to you during the week.

Please let me know if the ijoomla installer is now working for you since i have checked your account
