Well that's lovely you guys are scam artists, I did not change my mind you misrepresent the ease of use. it says if it does not do what you say you can get a refund if its within two weeks. And I thought you guys had honor, so mislead.

In your previous message you say it's complicated to use and, as you can read on our refund policy, that argument is not valid to get a refund. Remember that we offer free video tutorials ( learn.ijoomla.com/component/guru/guruPro...ns/42-jomsocial-hero ) and documentation ( documentation.jomsocial.com/ ) that help you to understand how it works.

Also, you bought a package that includes 4 products and we don't offer refunds for packages.
