HI,

I used JomSocial Standard but changed now to "pro". Now I need to change the License Number but I do not see how I can do that. Pls advise.
Regards,
Daniel
PS.: And sorry about that but I entered the domain with "www." in "My Downloads" in my customer account :-( and can not change that

Hi, Daniel.

Where you want to change license number? In iJoomla Installer to be able do instant upgrades?

There is no problem with "www" in domain ;)
That is just an information for Support Staff.

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

Hi, Daniel.

Do safe copy of your whole system.
Uninstall JomSocial Standard and install JomSocial PRO.
New position with license number should appear in iJoomla installer.

Hi,

thank you. I am already running Jomsocial pro (I did install a few weeks ago), but in the iJoomla the "old"license is still shown.
Can I past the new license somewhere in the database or a file?
Regards,
Daniel

Hi Daniel,

Since it's an upgrade please install the PRO version as any other regular J! extension. After that check if iJoomla Installer works fine on your site.

If the problem persists please email me to ricardo at ijoomla dot com quoting this thread and grant me J! backend access.

Best regards,
