Hi,

I am using jomsocial since one week and i ma totally lost in joomla and i dont want to use it i hate joomla i will go back with other cms i am sorry but its very not user friendly. You need to read tons of guide and all the stuff i hate it.

Please can you give me a refund you have a great product but too hard for a beginner.

I'm sorry but a refund is not possible for two reasons:

1. Refund Policy: www.jomsocial.com/refund-policy

We do not issue refunds under the following circumstances:

Your client didn't go for it
You've changed your mind
You've decided JomSocial is "Not what I need"
You've decided to stop using Joomla
Your server does not meet minimum system requirements
You don't have the time to implement JomSocial on your site
You've found a different solution
You made some customizations and modifications and now JomSocial isn't working
Product purchase error if the product was downloaded
Your purchase is older than 14 days (no exceptions)
You are testing / using on a localhost and cannot get it to work.
You experience script conflicts with other 3rd party software connected to or installed on your Joomla website (Templates, Components, Modules, and Plugins).


2. You're still using the extension on your site. Actually, looks like you're doing it pretty well. Anyway, if you need help to configure something let us know.

You are saying 14 day money back guarantee i am not satisfied with your product. I have many website and that component doesnt fit my need and no i am not doing pretty well since this is all fake account created on my own for testing and no i am not satified

Since i will not use it and i am not satisfied please kinda send me a refund or i will do a paypal claim by the way.

You are delivering a great support service but your script doesnt fit my need.. This is what it happen when you dont offer trial . Please refund me and disable my license thanks a lot !

Hi Jason,

14 days money back guarantee is only if the product doesn't work as we said or if we can't help you to fix a technical problem. Since the product we offer is the one we describe on our website and there isn't any technical issue that our programmers can't help you and also, you're still using the extension on your site a refund is not possible.

Your refund policy is completely stupid. Money Back Guarantee mean that if you are not satisfied you will get your money back. I will delete this website as soon as i have my refund my friend. Yes you will give me a total refund on this product right now or i will have to make some call. This is in the business some people can hate your product you cant be perfect. I dont love your product thats it i want my money back !
