I would like to download the order made before. Now it's expired

Your subscription expired 1 year ago, you would need to subscribe and this will give you the current version not previous versions

What if I'd like to get previous version? I ordered it already so I think I should have the right to download my own one

While your subscription was valid you were able to download it as many times as you wish. if you did not keep a copy then that is beyond our control. If you tell me the version you are looking for i can try and find a copy then email it to you.

I have emailed you the version for that date. Please be aware that we do not keep all older versions so my advice would be to keep a copy of products you purchase and download as they are not available indefinatly
