WEBSITE ERROR RESULT IN CHARGING ME DOUBLE

Hi.
I just renewed my jomsocial and socialize license.
Paid with paypal, but some error in your site, keep hanging and nothing happened for a while and after waiting a few minutes I was taken to the beginning of the process and I did again with the same problem

I endue being charge twice on each license.

I was never taken to my paypal account and did not authorized the payment. So how did it happened?
I would like to get a refund on the extra charges.
