I purchased a license of your JomSocial software for my website some time ago. The website was madd-talent.com. I love the software, it worked perfectly, but because of family matters I needed to take down the site I was developing. I am not back on course and would like to begin working on this project again. I asked you once if you could send me a URL where I could download my paid for license and your reply was, "Purchase a new one as yours has expired."
I don't care to debate this with you, but I was not asking for an upgrade on this software. I would like to have a web address where I can download the software that I already paid for. All I need at this point is the exact same version, which I am absolutely positive you still have somewhere and can make available to me. You know I purchased this license. I gave you my purchase number and other information that indicates I did in fact make this purchase.
I understand you are in business to make money and want your clients to upgrade so you can continue to flourish and I can assure you that I plan to keep my license updated once I have it back on my site. However, I need to start where I left off. I have a copy of my site and plan to just reload it on my server. I would just like to have a copy of what I paid for. Please, can you see what you can do to accommodate me on this. After all, I am not asking for something free. I did pay for this and I do have a right to have a copy of my purchased software,

Thanks for contacting us, I get it that some times things don't go to plan and i hope you got everything sorted out with your family. I have re instated your subscription so it is active again. You now have access to support and the current version until it expires on 11-15-2014 05:56:23 PM. That way you can catch back up to where you were before things came to a stop

You are right, we do need to make money but we also need to look after our customers as well :)

This was very kind of you to do this. I can assure you that as soon as I finish getting this site designed and running, I will be more than happy to pay for the upgrade. Also, please, I hope you did not take my email as hostile in anyway. I was only pleading with you and did not mean anything negative. I love this JomSocial stuff and wish that every business out there was successful and made lots of money.
So you are aware, I am one of Jehovah's Witnesses and plan to create a social site for the 8 million other Jehovah's Witnesses around the world using your JomSocial. This is not for profit at all. Yes, there will be some ads, but only for a few selected companies that I know and one of those ads will be permanent and for JomSocial. If my license of AdSense that I purchased is still good, I plan to put a nice size JomSocial ad up on the site as soon as I launch this site.
When I get it done and running, you (JomSocial) may feel free to change modify or do anything else you would like to do to this ad that I will place. I want to do this to say thank you.

I am sorry, but I meant Ad Agency not AdSense. AdSense as you know is a Google product. The one I purchased from you is Ad Agency. sorry I go them confused as yours is a million times better and should not ever be associated with Google's product.
