i payed for a license last year, ive been a victim of this:

yet the hotfix caused E500.

It would be nice not have to renew the license just for a working hotfix.. I would like a technician to have a look at my installation and fix the issue, please.

whats broken is anything touching the social aspect of the website. kunena is just an example.

no license is required for downloading this hotfix. and what im seeking here is support for this hotfix. it did something wrong to my website and I want it fixed.

The security fix is free and it was tested by our developers and customers without any problem. Since you say the file broke your site our programmers need to see your site in order to find what's causing the problem. As you know, support area is only for active members and this is the reason you have to purchase or renew your license to get access to that area of our site.
