Hi!

I'd like to update the domain name for support because I'm no longer involved with the previous one. Can you guys update?

Also, I tried to update my email on Billing Info but when I click save, nothing changes. Can you guys take a look? The email must be the same one on my account profile ( rc******@live.com)

IMPORTANT: if anyone contact you guys from the previous email on file (admin or aragao @br****cial.com) and ask for any changes, please discard. I'm not involved with that project anymore.

The License is support for a single domain during the license term. Changing the supported domain to a new site would require another licence. You can install the product on as many sites as you wish but only get support for the one site.

If you login to your account you can change the email address to what ever you wish but this should be done from www.jomsocial.com/community/profile/edit then select the account details tab. This will update your details as you wish The billing details don't change for existing transactions as that information relates to a transaction in the past. To make a change for future billing you would select new card or another payment method then that will be the new billing details for that transaction

To ensure the integrity our our customers accounts we only transact with the registered email address we have for the account. This relates to my answer above and is to ensure that someone doesn't try to take over another users account
