Dev Site
We have two versions of the development site (/dev and /dev3) that we are using to test joomla and jomsocial upgrades and adagency before going live. Every time I try to install or upgrade I get the message invalid licence despite submitting the correct licence details.

Live site
Our live site has numerous instances for each of our communities. Every time I try to upload jomsocial, adagency on these instances we get an invalid licence response even though I am submitting the correct licence details.

Very very frustrating and a waste of time. I can't keep sending you messages like this every time I wish to install an instance for you then to override the install process. Please resolve this once and for all.

Could you please email me a list of the full URL's that you want the licenses to work for. I have just visited the ones i can see in the installed domains in your account and then tried the ones you list here, The 2 listed here return a page not found 404 error, the 3rd one cannot find a site . but im not sure i have the correct URL's Once i have the full URL's i will get the developer that wrote the installer to look at why it is not working correctly

If we can move this to email communication please so i can discuss this in detail without posting all your site urls into our forum

I have spoken with the developer and the installer works as follows

if you add mysite.com into the installed domains for the product in your my account section of this site then the installer will let you install the product on paul.mysite.com or mysite.com/paul or www,mysite.com It looks for the main top level domain which is mysite.com all subdomains or subfolders should work. If this is not the case please email me the link and login details of the site that it isnt working on and i will get the developer to look at it directly

Paul, Hi I believe this is what I have done. I am finding that this occurs with all the jomsocial products. I would be super grateful if you sort this for me.

Hi Susan,

Could you add the login details of one of the test sites that has the problem into the private area of this post and also confirm that we can try to run an update on that particular site. It will be a lot faster if i can get the developer to look at it directly
