Ciao,

I'm trying to update Jomsocial from 3.1.1 to 3.2.4 using the iJoomlaInstaller.
This is the error:
This license is invalid. Please contact us for more information!

Could you please check the reason. I don't want to update manually.

Hi Walter,

We noticed that you have JomSocial Professional version installed on your site but the license ID you're using is for Standard version. How did you get the PRO version installed?

The PRO version has been installed using a regular licence bought using a different username.
The software has been removed from the original domain and moved to this one.
Do you need the number? How can I send it privately?

Hi Walter,

To keep using a PRO license you will need to use the PRO license ID. To do this I will need to change the domain name assigned to the standard license. Or you can install the PRO version using the downloaded package.
