I had a pro licence that expired and would like to renew. I may have even had two, not sure, but certain I had one under the username RMS for a website www.provenreliable.com . I believe I also had one for the website www.pentasales.com . I am planing on reviving one of those two sites but when I log into your site, using my original login name (RMS or WanPro) and password, I don't show any of my products that I have purchased under the My Account Link. Actually, this is the second time this has happened, once before my jomsocial and other purchases disappeared and I had to write you folks who researched my purchases and you then made my purchased product reappear. I have no active subscriptions but I am looking to renew/update my original Jomsocial and then purchase a couple of addons. Can you enable me to renew at least one of my original jomsocial subscriptions?

Thanks for your quick reply but I don't know how exactly to use the account: CoolPics. I have two accounts, RMS and Wanpro but no CoolPics account. I can use the CoolPics account but would need a password. Please advise, thanks.

How do I use the Coolpics account to gain access to my previous purchases?
