Is it possible to change our purchased plan?

Hi! We bought a plan with you last week but made a terrible mistake. Although we bought the Professional plan ($149), we actually needed the Supercharged one ($299). Is there any way for us to 'upgrade' our plan, or cancel our purchase to then buy the better one.

We'd greatly appreciate your help.

I replied the message you sent us to our billing department. There I included instructions to proceed with this. Anyway, send us $150.- to our Paypal account This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and let us know when it's done.
