Hi, I purchased the ad agency and jom social. I had a few questions. 1) can ad agency run my banners site-wide or just in jom social (I have a portal that I'm doinf that has news, recipes, jom social, etc and want banners to display sitewide not just in jom social.

2) I cant find the link to the free training videos for ad agency as it was never sent to me. where can I view those?

1. Yes, you can set add modules to be displayed wherever on your site, not only on JomSocial sites.

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

Yes but I bought the Pro plan and it says I get he free paid course so I was wondering how do I redeem this.

Hi Sal,

I'm sorry but that user doesn't exists on that site. Remember that it's a different site and you have to register a new user there. Please do it and let me know its username.
