My developer purchased Jomsocial for my website zazaru.com. Site has been attacked by viruses and was supposed to undertake some renovation. However, my developer disappeared and I have no access to the component. Can it be provided again for me please, I will start rebuilding the site from scratch myself.

You need renew / buy again the subscription, because your subscription already expired and you cant download the component anymore.

No, our contract for each 6 months, but if you keep the downloaded package, you can use the package installed for a life time, but no support from us..
