when try to contact Billing i see error "Please select a due date!"

Hello! I have no links at "My Account" menu. Can you fix it please?
And should I see there something at all?

Its written there "If you can't see your downloads, please refresh this page, If you still can't see your download, please contact our billing department" so do I.

My primary goal now to update my 2.6.0 to latest and migrate to 3.x.
Or at least to know what update I can get under my current license without additional expences.

Please send it as PM if reply will contain any personal licensing info.
