iJoomla Installer is not recognizing supercharged iSEO license

10 years 8 months ago
Licenses:
JomSocial Active GURU Active Publisher Active AdAgency Active iSEO Active Socialize Active

I see iSEO on the web here in my account, but in my installation on my end only JomSocial's license shows up. The same information as for domain support and others separated by commas are identical with JomSocial and iSEO. What could be wrong?

Hi Peter,

Are you able to put in the licence number manually then update? you can copy the license number from the My account page when logged in

The only other thing i can think of is, are you using the latest version of our ijoomla installer? if you download the package from www.jomsocial.com/component/digistore/licenses then re install the ijoomla installer this may fix the issue. We did update it a little while ago. Another option is you can also manually install ISEO from the download package without using the installer

i am happy to look at this for you if you wanted to edit your first post and add the login details. Let me know how you get on

While I can manually install it without the iJoomlaInstaller, manually entering the license copied from the my account page states an error of being invalid. I prefer to use iJoomlaInstaller as from what I've gathered it's more automatic than the conventional way.

Why might the license say invalid?

Hi Peter,

The was a bug in the ijoomla installer but this was fixed more than 1 month ago, can you update the ijoomla installer from the latest download package. If that doesn't work then would would need access to see the problem.
