My email is account name is pamelaliu. I tried to install jomsocial on my localhost and it kept saying my license number is invalid. What is my license number? Isn't it the only number next to the product purchased in My Downloads?
Yes you enter your license number from the my downloads section. There can be many reasons why this may not be working on a localhost. EG: firewall, network settings etc.
Jomsocial can be installed without the ijoomla installer by using the standard Joomla extension installer. this will resolve this problem.
