Last week I purchased an annual renewal license for Jomsocial as well as the Socialize template @ $99. The transactions were successful in PayPal and the money was taken from my account.
The Jomsocial renewal order is showing successfully, but the Socialize template order is not. I have sent the transaction ID and proof of payment to your billing department, but it has been almost a week and there has been absolutely no response froomm anybody.
Please could somebody get back to me ASAP and let me know when I can get to download the Socialize template.
I updated my support ticket 6 hours ago with the transaction details...please can somebody give me an update. I am under pressure to have the template implemented for a presentation tomorrow. Thank you.
And we're now into the 5th day where a template which I paid for, is not made available to me for download. Can somebody please get back to me at the very least? This is REALLY very frustrating. What is simply a 30 second administrative task is taking 5 days. I am unimpressed.
Sorry about the inconvenience. For some reason the license you purchased was missing on the system. We will investigate what caused this to avoid problems in the future.
