Hi,

I purchased JomSocial Pro in early Aug 2013 but never got to installing it back then. Now I'm trying to install on Amazon EC2 but keep getting an error message. "Error: There was an error uploading this file to the server".

Environment Setup:
AWS Win 2008R2 Server + XAMPP 1.8.3-4 + Joomla 3.3.1
Also tried without success - AWS Win 2008R2 Server + XAMPP 1.8.2-5 + Joomla 3.1.4

Installation steps (on AWS) - I unzipped JomSocial file and tried to install com_community_pro_3.0.2 using Joomla admin extension manager. Tried iJoomla installer as well but no success.

Questions:

1) Can I still use my JomSocial Pro purchase/ license?
2) Does my JomSocial Pro purchased version/ license (not sure about version #) support Joomla 3.1.4 or do I need to downgrade Joomla for this installation?
3) Is the a specific version of xampp I should be using for this installation?

I think your subscriprion already expired, please you re-new it and then dowload the latest jomsocial code from here www.jomsocial.com/component/digistore/licenses
