Domain - PAUL - Please help

Paul, thank you for sorting out the refund, however Ricardo says that he processed the refund as an exception.

I can't see how this is as it is something that you offered from the start.

The result is that the domain that I had previously purchased a license for has been deleted from your system.

This domain also had a copy of my invoice for that purchase associated with it. But more to the point and as I mentioned to you if I decide to revisit the Idea of using JomSocial again, ( which I very well may after I have spoken with my developer) I can no longer purchase an upgrade renewal, unless of course you are now going to offer me a discount code.

The other domain in my account is for a customer and regardless my original purchase should be reverted back to expired rather than just deleted. It seems like it was an easier option just to delete my domain from your billing system.

Paul aside from yourself, there seems to be a lack of willing as so far as customer care goes. First I asked about the Forum issue and the response here is a link to edit some code, You offered to sort that out and I understand there is now a patch for that but seriously that should have been offered first. ....maybe " hi yes we can fix it but it is really easy to do if you want to give it a try yourself"

Please can you add my Domain back in to my account area so I may upgrade it again if I my developer agrees he can do what I want. Then you have a happy customer. Businesses are built on customers.

Hi Trevor,

I was typing my reply and you replied :) I wanted to explain the situation

The reason that Ricardo did this is we normally wouldn't have a situation where a customer gets a refund but wants the option to purchase it again, There is also a policy that we don't refund on renewals as it is assumed you would know the product before you purchase (Not the case in your situation) but all is sorted now :)
