My account won't let me change the domain that I want supported, although it says I have 2 changes available. Will you please change support domain from securetesting4.info to clarkgreenneighbors.org

Our pro and standard license is support for 1 domain for the period of the licence, www.jomsocial.com/pricing The message you were seeing was an error on our site that has been fixed now . Please advise the reason you need the domain changed. Please note that once the domain is changed it cannot be changed again during your subscription term.

securetesting4.info was just the staging domain during development for clarkgreenneighbors.org. We had just never updated it to the live domain when we renewed the license (because we misunderstood and thought we could change it at any time). Now that we need some support, we can't submit a support ticket unless we have the actual live domain listed on our license.

There was never any follow-up to my request and my support has now expired. When I renew, how can I make sure the CORRECT domain is being supported? Will there be a place for me to update it when I purchase the renewal?
