I have purchesed ISEO and Adpro but in the ijoomla installer is not recognising my licence numbers for my purchases. Could you please clarify the licence numbers for my purchases please. Let me know why ijoomla is not recognising them.

We have identified a problem with the ijoomla installer, we have the issue fixed but it needs to be thoroughly tested, this will we done on Monday or Tuesday this week. Once this is done i can update it on your site for you.

Please let me know if it is ok for me to use login details that you have provided in your previous posts to log in and update it for you.

In the meantime you can install any of the products using the zip packages that can be downloaded from your my account page

My ISEO licence is not recognised and when click install goes off to a blank page.

Did you see I am still having an error. I added the ISEO licence number and then clicked on install and just get a blank page.

One thing i can suggest is have you added the domain into the installed domains link in your account.

I am happy to check it but the 404 error is stopping me

I have made a change to your account and this should be fixed now In case there is still a problem i have also emailed you the ISEO package so you can install it and start using the product

Paul can you tell me why in ijoomla installer it is still showing that ISEO needs to be upgraded and won't accept my licence number?
