Why I encountered this problem "This license isn't registered for this domain!"? when entering my licensed number.
Already setup and enter my domain in My Download pages.

I am unable to access the domain you listed it appears to be offline could you please check there is not problem with your site so we can access it to look at the problem for you

We already provided all the infos with the administrator password, ftp and cpanel of our website tykemart.com.
As of now the site is offline because still under construction but you can access the administrator at tykemart.com/administrator/ and preview the site.

Please be informed that we never change or updated any infos as what we forwarded.

All the login infos of tykemart.com was provided when we post new thread in www.jomsocial.com/forum/installation .
Someone on your end replied to this issue with the message below;

Grant us J! backend access and we will investigate what's causing this issue.

Anyway, remember that you can install the extension without the installer. Just as any other regular J! extension you need to use the zip file included in the downloaded package.

This is now fixed and your licence shows correctly. There was a typo in the supported domain and that explains why i couldn't see your web site on my first reply
