I can't see where I can upgrade my licence or even order the next level?

Sorry but where? When I click on the link you gave me. It shows only one option - the developer option. I want the supercharged option - how do I get that? Plus we are interested in the ISEO and Advertising. Is developer now called professional. Bit confused.

Do I need to renew and buy supercharged? Seems like I am paying twice?

Right now is not possible to migrate from Developer to Supercharge. So, you will have to purchase the Supercharge with a discount considering that it's a renewal.

I purchased the supercharged licence and tried to input the domain in which to install but the update button is missing so I can't download.

From the attached image can you see that the update button is missing so when I include the domain under install domain there is no way of saving this request.
