Some days ago a contact with the billing team to ask a question about billing (I want to purchase a license), the team respond me very quickly the first time, but when I respond another time the ticket seems to be frozen.
Don´t know If you have any support problem or something, but I´m still waiting.
I'll ask our billing specialist for some attention, also please keep in mind our tam is working in different time zones, so it may create some delays in replying, anyway..I'm passing this thread to Ricardo :)
