I checked the messages you sent us to our support forums and any of the problems described were caused by our extension. So, in this case a refund is not possible according with our policies ( www.jomsocial.com/refund-policy ).

We want to make all our customers happy with our products and services. This is the reason we release stable versions tested by professionals. Anyway, if a customer detect a bug we resolve this inmediatly. This is how we are working since many years ago and probably it's the key of our success.

So, if you find any bug or any other problem caused by our products you can report them and our programmers will help you inmediatly. But if the problems aren't associated or caused by our products is not possible to process a refund.

I did put the paypal email as described by your form:

and I did have reviewed your refund poilcy,and your product didn't work as advised (comon you have unstable product ,with lots of bugs,I have angery end user from your bugs and lost my advertisment campaign due to that)

so...you advertised your app has facbook connect and is stable,and the facebook connect has bugs and even wasnot fixed,till my refund date,And aI don't care when you will fix it.(as long as I refunded before you fixed)
so here is a copy from your poilcy:

Product purchase error if the product was downloadedNO
Your purchase is older than 14 days (no exceptions)NO
You are testing / using on a localhost and cannot get it to work. NO
You experience script conflicts with other 3rd party software connected to or installed on your Joomla website (Templates, Components, Modules, and Plugins). NO

If you encounter any unfix-able issues that cannot be resolved by us or if our software does not have any features that we advertise in the features list, we will refund your money WITHIN 14 days after your purchase. YES, there was too many unfixable bugs and bad customer support.

And to cut it short ,I need my refund because :

You hurted my business..with too many bugs (in final version),I used your product for three days and during these three days I lost my customers due to unstable software,especially I've spent too many hours customizing the template ,I don't want you to repay for my wasted time or my advertisement plan ...not fair

maybe if I was an old customer I would accept that ,but you had a buggy software since joomla 3.3 ,and I'm not happy to continue using it and keep loosing my end users at my website.I believe we can continue this conversation in private "better than on public forum"
