while installing jomsocial it gives following error

Error
This license isn't registered for this domain!

please help me to install it on my local machine first.

I added 172.16.5.8 as dev domain. You can try now to see if the problem persists.

Anyway, remember that you can use the downloaded package to install it as a regular J! extension.
