Go to this page:
www.jomsocial.com/component/digistore/licenses

Check if your domain name is listed on your license. If you are using the extension in a subdomain or subdirectory you have to add them. Ex. social.yourdomain.com, yourdomain.com/social

Try with this and let me know if the problem persists.

It's not a general problem. The system is working fine. Looks like there is another problem and we need backend access to investigate.

Other option, if you prefer, is to download the package again and install the component using the zip file included in the downloaded package, not using the installer.
