I'm trying to upgrade an old license and it isn't showing in my account.
Also, the billing contact form cannot be submitted because it is requiring a "due date" field that isn't present in the form.
I couldn't replicate the problem you reported. Could you send me a snapshot of what you are seeing on that form?
I tried to find the license but I couldn't. Please send me more details about that order. Like email, transaction id or any other reference that could help me to find it.
