A while back, I stuffed up the purchase process for a new license when I just should have renewed. Anyway this was deal with by your ticket support and you were kind enough to refund the difference for the new license and add it to my current license. However, I now need to update my jomsocial installation as I'm having issues with the current version of J3.0 and Jomsocial. The issue I have is that the installation is running on the new license (I think!) but I need to update using the old license key. When I use the Ijoomla installer, I get a message telling me that: This license is invalid. Please contact us for more information! - which is exactly what I'm doing.
