I lost contact with him.
Now I want to ask a technical question but I can not do it
because I have no data with which account was bought Jomsocial

Let me know the domain name where you are using the extension. With that info I will find who purchased the license and then I will ask you to send me an email including him a copy asking for move that license to your account.

You can't change the username. It's something I have to do it from here. Let me know the current a new username and an alternative just in case that username is already assigned to other customer.
