Your cart not accepting my CCV number for renewal

I get an error message when I try to renew. I notice in the credit card info under "My Account" the CCV field removes the zero from my number. I believe this creates the error. I sent a more detailed request to billing.

I replied the ticket the same day you submitted but I didn't get any answer since then.

I couldn't replicate the problem. Anyway, if you want to go ahead with the purchase I could send you a Paypal invoice to your email address.
