I have sent an email to jomsocial asking to rectify this or explain as to why my account is showing as expired but I have had no response.
I purchased jomsocial on 7.12.13 for 6 months, payment was taken and I could download the current Version! I have recently been back to download the updated version to secure my site due to the recent security issues with jomsocial and I am unable to download them because it tells me my account has expired but the timescale has only been 55 Days! When I purchased jomsocial the minimum duration was 6 months so I do not understand as to why I am unable to download.
Can someone please advise me as to why.

Please send me the details of your order and I will fix it ASAP. If you paid with Paypal send me the Paypal Transaction ID. If you paid with credit card send me the latest 4 digits of your card.
