Change account username

Hi.

I would like to change the username for my account.

How do I go about doing this?

Did you tried here: www.jomsocial.com/component/digistore/profile/0?Itemid=0 (you must be logged inn to access this link).

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you

Yes I did try to change the name there but the username is greyed out. Hence this request.

Hi Ricardo, the other account also happens to be mine but I can no longer access it. When I try to log in it tells me that the account is either not activated or blocked.

I am happy to verify the account details so that you can delete it.

Actually I think you will probably find the email addresses are the same in both accounts.

I removed the other account since it has never used.
