Thanks for your reply.

To Start, We have purchased one developers edition before and unfortunately we haven't used and download it. So
now we plan to renew it, one of your team replied to me that that developers packages can renew upto 5 licenses.
1 license costs $84.80. is it correct? The license that he means, is it the equivalent no. of domain that you can support?

My follow-up question is, if we want you to support 2 or up to 5 domains of ours why do we need renew/buy it one by one
this license if we purchased and pay it before as an inclusion to the package itself?

Please let me know what information you need from us for you to track our purchased, this purchased is bought under Joseph
Lee name.

Please enlighten us regarding my questions above. Thanks

Hi Nerissa,

Our developer license includes 5 individual licenses with 5 supported domains. If you purchased it before you can renew all these 5 licenses or a single one according to your needs. Remember that you can use our extension in all your personal sites but we will offer support only in the domain name registered on our system. If you renew a single license you will receive support in one site only. If you renew 5 licenses you will get support in 5 sites.

About the price, it's the one Justin gave you.

If a license expired is not possible for us to provide support. We can grant you access to our support forums only if you have an active license and, as I told you before we can offer you help just on the domain name registered in our system.

Lets say you have 3 sites and you need support for all of them. In this case you should renew 3 of the 5 licenses. Now lets say you have 3 sites but you need support just in 1 of them. Renew just one license and use the extension in your 3 personal sites. But you will receive support in 1 site only.

I couldn't find Joseph Lee account. Looks like it's missing on our site. So, I can add the licenses to your account or ask Joseph to register the account again and I will add the licenses to that account.
