Hello, last night I contacted billing support to upgrade my account. I had someone from the team respond with details ; email I use for paypal and amount. Not long after I sent the money along with the transaction information.
I then responded letting the support team member know the money was sent. Today I was back online and noticed I was still not sent my information for upgrade. I have made several attempts via support ticket, but no one has responded.
The upgrade is the last thing I need before I set my site live, and really need to have my site live by tonight.
