I understand that I only have domain changes for so many sites. I currently have a live site that I intend to replace, but had to come up with a local box site for testing. When experiencing issues with the installer, I tried changing the domains and now it says I only have two changes left. Can that be reset so that I can get the value promised?

We set a limit of 3 changes per license. In general it's enough for almost all customers. Of course that we consider some specific cases when someone has a reasonable problem and report it inmediatly. If someone change of mind or abuse of the system we can't do nothing about that. It is not your case.
