I checked your license and I can't see your domain name. Looks like you forgot to click UPDATE button. Please try again filling both fields; support domain and domains where you wish to install the product; then click on update to save the changes and you will be able to download the extension.

Are you trying to install socialize template?

Remember that is not necessary to use the installer. You can use the files included in the package. If the installer fails please try with the files included in the downloaded package.

Probably the problem is that your server can't handle the size of the file you are trying to install. It happens sometimes. In order to avoid these kind of limits you could try to install the extension from a directory.

Simply upload the files you need to install on a directory (ex. tmp/t3) and use that path on J! backend to proceed with the installation.
