My school, Santa Barbara County Education Office purchased JomSocial last year.
They gave me a username of dphsrop and dphsrop5775.
The contact person is Dyan Bomer.
She gave me an order reference number of 70501292.
I don't remember if we rectified this, but I've never been able to download this software.

The license that you've provided was indeed linked to the account with the user name "dphsrop", and the email address linked to it is "This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.". Access to download is only open to active licenses, and this was informed to our customer during their purchase and in our FAQ page .

Having said that, your license expires 71 days ago. In order for you to download a copy, kindly renew your license with us. Renewal's price is discounted at 40% from the package's price, making your renewal's price $59.40. Renewing your license will extend your license for another 6 months.

Here is my problem, though.
I was given a username of dphsrop and password of dphsrop5775.
I was never able to login with that information.
If you notice, I've never downloaded the original software.
I can't even renew it if I wanted to if I was never able to login.
