Why is it that a advertiser can Add a JomSocial Stream Ad with out having to purchase a package. Also shouldn't there be some kind of way to give this a Zone. it seems that this Add a JomSocial Stream Ad is free which is not good. I would like to offer this in a package.
Also why can they create ads with outh choosing a package first...

All ads can be added before to pay but at the end the user need to pay for a package if he want that his ad be visible. Ads can be created and assigned to a campaign but you can't make a campaign without purchasing a package. It was the way that we think of it when we developed the AdAgency extension.
