Some remarks about the billing system

Hi i've trying to response send a response about a publication on your blog, but i don't have a Disqs account, so i post it here.

Hi, i'am trying this software on my side since sometimes ago, but for me the major problem with this is that the billing system is too weak. There are some important missings regarding european and french standards about the billing system.

Indeed, to be in accordance with EU law, we should provide to our customer a true billing (in attachment PDF) containing some informations like :

- VAT amount
- Full contact detail of the seller
- Price without VAT and with VAT
- Billing number ( unique serial number)
etc.

Without these informations, sellers could have some problems with the authority.

Thank you for contacting us and your feedback.
AdAgency do not offer a full billing system with taxes and invoices.
It rather do basic financial calculations and create a summary.
As for now you need external billing system - accountant software if you want to include tax and issue an invoices.


- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.
