Issue with Floating Ads

Hello All,

We are using Joomla 2.5.24 and Ad Agency 3.1.10.

We have issue with Floating ads.
We can't able to close Floating ads and sometimes same thing happens in Transition ads also.
And Floating ads are not floating over the site.

Please provide us with working administrator credentials.
I can't login to your site.
Please, edit your first post and add credentials to corresponding fields.

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you

Credentials are working now... but where I can see your issue?
It's not under specified URL...

For time being we unpublished Transition and Floating Ads. Now we published again, you can see using same URL.

Hi Michal,

We have tested with all templates. Same thing happens with default joomla template also, here we are able to close the floating ads but not transition ads & floating ads are not floating over site in this case also.

Check the same URL (Changed template to default joomla template).

This issue is fixed, please keep a copy of this file:
administrator/components/com_adagency/models/adagencyfloating.php
there I done modifications for this problem.

They will not move on page, they are static and much like a pop up.
