Add-ons for JomSocial

Since this extension features list and description is too short, I'm wondering whether is it good for my case or not...

I've a jomsocial installed at my site, and I'm already have karma points system and rules defined there...

what I want is to automatically send email to site user with a specific attached file when he gains a specific number of points.

so, does this extension suite to my goal?
