Yes, this is different from the status update box and comments/replies to that box. Do you think it is possible to have this feature here as well?

maybe the kunena group integration would take care of this. I would like to see a site with the group discussion integrated with Kunena. of particular interest is email notifications

Testing a feature: can I insert an url in my comments box, which then is made into a hyperlink (clickable) through some plugin. It does not work on my site so support invited me to test it on this commuity site.
Creating a discussion first. Then I'll see what happens when I comment on this.
