Magic Mike, Thanks for hosting this group!
I'm looking for a solution for creating company pages. I've considered adding an extra user field for companies and creating a separate registration form, but I don't like the idea of the administrator for the company having to log in under a separate profile to make changes to the page. I'm wondering if i could use and additional "Groups" extension/plugin and label it "Companies". Do you think this is possible without conflicts? Any suggestions?

david steadson I have the same issues, I'm going with different profile types for companies vs members, then the company user creates groups where staff can post. It would be nice to allow other profiles to manage a user page though! 9 years ago

C. Allen Can a user create a full profile for the companies, with activity stream, images and events? 9 years ago

Morten I have created mutilple profiles, so I now have profiles for one person couples and companies. So when one register, they have to choose what kind of profile they want to create, and to thoose profiles I have created different fields. The image shows the profile for Companies with the created fields.
